Energy Manipulation Crash Course E01 (Feeling & Visualising)

I've decided to release some of the fundamental techniques so that people can begin their EM journey all that sooner! There is much more to EM than meets the eye, especially in terms of specific understandings, perspectives, and other perceptions. However, we all start somewhere.

Today, we will explore feeling and visualising energies:

I want you to visualise your physical body as an empty glass vessel; like a vase that is shaped to the contours of your body. You can alter this visualisation as you like; it is best to work with what feels most natural to you. The visualisation isn't important; it's simply a tool to assist with practice.

I want you to visualise energies within this vase.

What's the colour? Are there multiple colours?

What form do they take (gaseous, liquid, earthy, etc)?

How do they flow and move? Slow? Fast?

What's the consistency (thick, thin)?

Example:

'I visualise my energies as a soft purple with hints of white specks. There are other colours, but these are the most prominent.

They take a gaseous form, but they're very dense and thick, similar to a thick fog or a storm cloud.

They flow exceptionally fast, whipping by like wind.

The consistency is a mixture of both; it's more dense, but feels as if it's thin because it moves so easily.'

Take your time with this exercise. This is the very beginning of your EM Journey. Try different combinations of colours, forms, consistencies and so forth. Settle for what feels most natural to you in that moment. What feels natural is likely to change over time; just go with what feels 'right'. You don't need to make a 'decision'
