What is Cleansing, and why should I do it?

Cleansing refers to the act of performing a working in which you cleanse your energy system of all negative, residual, foreign, or stagnant energies. We naturally build up and accrue residual energies on a daily basis, from people, places, and more! In truth, energies and spirits surround us constantly, often in our own homes as well! We will draw in these energies daily. Its important to regularly cleanse, and remove energies that could be harmful to us over a long period of time.

When healthy, an energy system (es) is like a well-oiled machine. It works well, supports us in our spiritual workings and practices, and helps promote mental and physical wellbeing. All is interconnected: mind, spirit, and body.

When it isn't healthy, we may struggle with our mental/emotional, and physical wellbeing. It also provides an opening by which nasty spiritual parasites, and negative spirit attachments can occur. If there is heavy stagnation present, and your energies cannot circulate properly, you will be unable to perform spiritual workings with your full strength! Spiritual energy is our lifeblood; like blood is the source of vitality as a human being. If our lifeblood is negatively impacted, our senses, psychic abilities, and other talents won't work as well as they should -- if at all!

Let's use an analogy. An athlete. In order to perform their sport to the highest level, they have to train extremely hard, eat incredibly well, achieve adequate rest, relaxation, and tick all the boxes to be the very best they can be, at their sport! An athlete couldn't perform as well if they weren't healthy; if a sprained ankle was holding them back. The same can be said of the energy system. If there is stagnation present, parasites, negative entities, fallout from attacks, pathway blockages, and/or other issues, you will be trying to run with only one able leg.

It can be done, but it won't be as effective as if all was in great health!

How often should I cleanse my system?

The general rule of thumb is minimum once a week. Maybe 1-3 times if the week has been especially stressful.

What do most people do? NEVER CLEANSE!

In fairness to them, they often aren't aware of this requirement for a happy, healthy life, as well as strength and accuracy as a spiritual practitioner. They then wonder why they're effectively blind and incapable as a practitioner, regardless of the amount of effort expended! We can't run with one leg, we need to have a strong and sustainable system to stand on!

How do I cleanse my energy system?

There are different methods!

1. Energy Manipulation - The direct wielding of spiritual energies to remove and cleanse residual, negative, stagnant, and/or foreign energies. This is the most efficient!

2. Spending Time in Nature - Being in and present with nature can help you achieve a greater level of homeostasis, and reset the energies in your system. It can provide a great deal of peace, but isn't always effective at removing stalwart or stubborn energies, especially if they've been present for a long time.

3. Spell/Ritual/Rite Work - Another form of wielding energies to cleanse a system. You must exercise caution here! Calling upon spirits to cleanse can have an unwanted effect. Anyone can answer the call you put out, and you may attract something with negative intentions. Not all spirits that are labeled as 'good/positive' want to help you. Not all spell/ritual/rite work involves spirits.

What about visualisations, baths and/or other clearing methods? They can be helpful, but they typically lack an element or two, making them weak and ineffective! Visualisation is a tool, that works best when combined with other facets.
